AlfaTech Asia executed a turnkey design and build project to create a functional and inspiring open workspace that fosters collaboration among employees across different departments. The design introduced bold elements such as an open ceiling concept and a vibrant color palette of red and blue, symbolizing SBF’s corporate identity. These colors were strategically applied in key spaces including the entrance, meeting rooms, and collaboration zones, creating a dynamic and energetic environment.

Sustainability was also a priority. The project achieved Green Mark certification by incorporating eco-friendly materials, fixtures, and design strategies, underscoring SBF’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
