Building Community Through Compassion

In celebration of Deepavali, AlfaTech Asia came together for a meaningful Donation Drive and Flea Market, an initiative that united employees across departments to champion sustainability and give back to the community.

Staff donated pre-loved clothes, books, and household items, giving them a second life while raising funds to support a charity dedicated to migrant workers. What began as a small internal effort quickly grew into something extraordinary.

AlfaTech Asia proudly ran the largest booth at the Deepavali Flea Market, held at a migrant workers’ dormitory. Every item was sold at minimal prices to ensure accessibility and affordability for all attendees, and by the end of the day, the booth had completely sold out.

The event was more than just a sale, it was a celebration of unity, kindness, and sustainability. The generosity, teamwork, and enthusiasm of AlfaTech’s employees truly embodied the company’s core values of community, compassion, and collective impact.
