Today, AlfaTech operates across the United States, Europe, and Asia, with our Singapore office serving as the lead hub for Asia Pacific projects.

Zach Wilson

Chief Executive Ofiicer

Zach leads AlfaTech Asia with extensive experience in engineering, construction, and real estate development. As Chief Executive Officer, he oversees all business operations and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring the company delivers innovative, sustainable, and high-performance solutions across the region. Zach is highly experienced in US GBC LEED and Singapore Green Mark standards, with strong industry affiliations through CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). His leadership combines deep technical understanding with a long-term vision for client partnerships and operational excellence. Zach holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University.

Tim Ashwood

Chief Operating Officer

Tim brings global business management experience spanning Asia, Europe, and the US, driving AlfaTech Asia’s operational excellence and client success. He ensures seamless coordination across departments, managing bidding strategies, consulting schedules, and complex project delivery processes. With a strong foundation in planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, Tim is known for delivering efficient, results-driven outcomes in dynamic business environments. His international exposure across Australia, China, France, the UK, and Singapore adds depth to AlfaTech Asia’s global operations. Tim holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Adelaide University and continues to shape the company’s growth through strategic execution and innovation.

Alvin Chang

Director, Facility Services

Alvin is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region. At AlfaTech Asia, he oversees real estate and facility operations, program and construction management, space planning, and EHSS support. Previously with KLA-Tencor, Alvin managed regional initiatives across hard and soft services, procurement, and M&E systems. Known for his strong technical expertise and adaptability, he plays a key role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance building efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. His practical leadership and problem-solving skills continue to strengthen AlfaTech Asia’s reputation for reliable, high-performing facility solutions.

Hadleigh Bunce

Managing Director, New Zealand

Hadleigh heads AlfaTech New Zealand, linking Kiwi businesses to the world’s best engineers and innovators. His mission is to help organisations design and deliver sustainable, high-performance solutions built for the future. With over 18 years of international experience spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, he brings strong expertise in finance, governance, and cross-border business management. Before joining AlfaTech, Hadleigh held senior leadership roles at Nium, Airwallex, and Uber, where he managed regional tax and finance functions, supported new market expansion, and led operational restructuring. A Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, he began his career with PwC in New Zealand and London. Known for his strategic leadership and financial acumen, Hadleigh drives operational excellence that aligns with AlfaTech’s commitment to precision and performance.

Paul Tan

Director of Projects

Paul is the Director of Projects at AlfaTech Asia, bringing over seven years of experience as a mechanical engineer and project leader. He oversees projects from estimation and budgeting through execution and close-out, ensuring every stage meets technical and client expectations. His expertise spans project levelling, procurement, and contract administration, supported by a hands-on understanding of multidisciplinary coordination. At AlfaTech Asia, Paul leads teams of Assistant Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.

Denise Ong

Chief Financial Officer

Denise oversees AlfaTech Asia’s financial strategy, providing insights and analysis to support sustainable growth. With over nine years of finance experience, she has worked with global consultancy and accounting firms, managing outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax services across diverse industries. She has also led projects involving IPO readiness and financial compliance. A certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, Denise ensures AlfaTech Asia’s fiscal health and governance while driving operational transparency and accountability.

June Chong

Head of People and Culture

June leads AlfaTech Asia’s People and Culture function, bringing deep expertise in human capital management within Singapore’s construction sector. She spearheads initiatives that align people strategy with business goals, driving performance, engagement, and retention. With years of experience in A1 main contractor firms, June has developed a strong understanding of workforce development, compliance, and organizational culture. Her leadership fosters an inclusive, high-performing workplace that positions AlfaTech Asia as an employer of choice.

Andrew Xiao

Director, Sustainability & Business Development

Andrew is a sustainability leader with over 15 years of experience delivering high-performance built environments for global brands such as Google, Apple, and Chanel. Across APAC and the Middle East, he has led energy management programs for 300+ sites, authored regional MEP playbooks, and driven partnerships for decarbonization. A LEED AP with degrees in Environmental Engineering (NTU) and Construction Management (UCL), Andrew combines technical depth with global perspective to expand AlfaTech Asia’s reach in sustainable and smart building solutions.

Hazel Tan

Cost Manager, Project Management

Hazel is a seasoned cost manager with over 17 years of experience across real estate, retail, commercial, hospitality, government, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. She oversees all aspects of pre- and post-contract cost management, including cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and final account settlement. At AlfaTech Asia, Hazel leads tender preparation for data centre, cleanroom, and A&A projects while mentoring junior staff and supporting value optimization. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering, a Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination, and is a certified Green Mark Manager and SISV Diploma Member.

Dashyrul Taib

Manager, Facility Services

Dashyrul is an experienced operations and facilities management professional with over 20 years of expertise in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). At AlfaTech Asia, he serves as the go-to advisor for HSE matters, guiding teams across the FM business unit to establish best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations. His diverse skill set covers both hard and soft services, automation, contract management, and digital transformation, enabling greater operational resilience and sustainability. A Certified Trained Plumber (BCA), Dashyrul is known for his technical competence, proactive mindset, and solutions-driven leadership that ensure safe, efficient, and future-ready facility operations.

Edvin Ng

Corporate Safety Manager

Edvin has over 20 years of experience in construction safety, including projects exceeding SGD 300 million in value. At AlfaTech Asia, he leads corporate safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with workplace and environmental standards. A registered WSH Officer, Fire Safety Manager, and Environmental Control Officer, Edvin’s qualifications include a Master of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology from NUS and multiple certifications in occupational health and construction management. His leadership strengthens AlfaTech Asia’s culture of safety and sustainability.

Dharma Anthony

IT Manager, IT Services

Dharma oversees AlfaTech Asia’s IT operations, managing infrastructure, networking, and end-user support for both clients and internal teams. With extensive experience across the private and public sectors, he ensures system reliability and operational efficiency through strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise. His background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system optimization enables AlfaTech Asia to maintain secure and future-ready digital operations.

Chan Wen Jie

Design Manager

Wen Jie leads design development at AlfaTech Asia, managing concept creation, visualization, and technical execution for commercial and corporate projects. Skilled in 3D modeling and design presentation, he transforms ideas into practical, aesthetic, and buildable solutions. A graduate of LaSalle College of the Arts with a BA in Product Design and a Diploma in Industrial Design from Nanyang Polytechnic, Wen Jie’s work has earned awards including the Red Dot Concept Design Award, Young Designer Award, and International Design Robocon.

Alex Chong

Senior Project Manager

Alex is a construction professional with over 20 years of experience in project cost control, scheduling, quantity surveying, and contract administration. At AlfaTech Asia, he manages complex construction and engineering projects with precision and client focus. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, Alex ensures that project requirements are executed efficiently and safely. He holds a BSc in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and certifications in Building Construction Safety, Petrochemical Industry Safety, and Green Mark Management.

Alia Abdul Rahman

Senior Office Coordinator, Operations

Alia is an operations and marketing professional with extensive experience in office management, executive support, and integrated marketing strategy. At AlfaTech Asia, she oversees daily operations, corporate events, and brand initiatives across the region. Her background spans chatbot, IT, and telecommunications industries, where she managed APAC operations and led performance improvement efforts, as well as over a decade in banking focused on KYC, compliance, and AML. She holds certifications in Infocomm Technology, Finance, and Business Administration.

Hairul Amri

Facility Manager

Hairul is an experienced facilities professional with over 20 years of combined expertise in the facilities and manufacturing industries. At AlfaTech Asia, he oversees facility operations, data analysis, project budgeting, and safety compliance across multiple sites. Known for his practical leadership and problem-solving ability, Hairul ensures efficiency, reliability, and adherence to local safety regulations. He has also completed training in Fire Safety Management to support high-standard facility performance.

ZW Chong

Manager, Facility Services

Zyy Wey is an experienced facilities management professional with over 12 years in mechanical engineering and project operations. At AlfaTech Asia, he manages multi-site facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance. His strong sense of accountability and problem-solving ability enable him to deliver optimized, reliable facility solutions across diverse environments.

Muhammad Iqbaal

Dormitory Operations Manager

Iqbaal has over 18 years of experience in dormitory operations, overseeing the design, construction, and start-up of residential facilities across Singapore.
