AlfaTech Asia Sizzle & Safety Party 2025
A Celebration of Community, Safety, and Togetherness
AlfaTech Asia held its annual Sizzle & Safety Party 2025 on 22 November at East Coast Park, bringing together employees and their families for an evening of connection, engagement, and outdoor fun. The event reflected AlfaTech’s continued commitment to fostering a strong safety culture built on care, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
Promoting Safety Through Engagement
The evening began with a warm welcome and two interactive safety activities designed to encourage learning through participation. The Best Dressed PPE Contest celebrated creativity and practical safety awareness, as participants showcased innovative takes on personal protective equipment. This was followed by the Hazard Hunt: “Spot It, Stop It!”, a team-based activity where participants identified and mitigated simulated workplace risks. Both activities served as an engaging reminder that safety is not just a rule, but a daily mindset.
Strengthening Team Bonds
Beyond the safety challenges, the event provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to unwind and connect outside of the workplace. Families and children joined in the celebration, highlighting the inclusive spirit that defines AlfaTech Asia’s culture. The evening was filled with laughter, delicious BBQ food, and friendly games, creating lasting memories and strengthening the sense of community that drives the company forward.
