Project Highlights
AlfaTech Asia managed the USD 14 million expansion of KLA Tencor’s Singapore facility, adding 50,000 SF of cleanroom and ancillary spaces. The full MEP and utilities design included process exhaust, chilled water, nitrogen and compressed air systems, as well as an ultra-pure water system and process piping. Permanent monitoring systems for existing chiller plants were also installed to meet BCA Green Mark certification.
