ICHOR System Singapore - Cell 2

Background

AlfaTech Asia was engaged for the design, build, and construction management of Ichor Systems’ certified cleanroom extension in Singapore. The facility expands the client’s capacity to transition technologies from R&D to full-scale production.

Project Highlights

The project delivered a 1,400 SF (ISO 7) cleanroom extension, built to support advanced manufacturing requirements. Key works included insulated wall panels with return grilles, heavy-duty walkable ceiling grids, and the relocation of high-speed roll-up doors.

The ACMV system was expanded with HEPA filter boxes to maintain air purity standards, while nitrogen and helium gas sticks were installed to support precision processes. Multiple power supply levels (110V, 208V, and 230V) were incorporated for specialized machines and test fixtures. Centralized control systems were integrated with a Building Management System (BMS), enabling seamless monitoring and regulation of fan filter units and overall facility operations.
