Project Highlights

For Phase 1, AlfaTech Asia delivered an at-risk turnkey project that included authority approvals, facility management, and full construction. The scope comprised:

  • 7,000 SF of Class 100 Cleanroom

  • 3,000 SF of M&E Platforms

  • 5,000 SF of Electro-polishing Facility

  • 25,000 SF of CNC Machining Area

The M&E platforms were designed to house critical infrastructure including ACMV systems, wastewater management, and an Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) System, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with stringent industry standards.
