Background
A Singapore-based client engaged AlfaTech Asia to deliver a certified cleanroom and industrial facility designed to transition technology from the R&D stage to full-scale production.
Project Highlights
AlfaTech Asia completed the complex fit-out of a multi-purpose industrial facility combining laboratory, office, workshop, and server spaces within a single 1,000 sq. ft. footprint. The project required advanced project management and coordination to meet the diverse needs of multiple stakeholders.
Key works included ACMV installation alongside electrical, IT/data, sanitary and plumbing, partitioning, epoxy flooring, gas piping, and compressed air systems. All installations were fully tested, inspected, and commissioned to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards, enabling the client to move seamlessly from R&D into production.
