AlfaTech Asia successfully delivered a comprehensive interior upgrade for Decathlon’s retail space in Singapore, focused on enhancing both customer experience and staff functionality. The scope included coordinated improvements to lighting, ceiling systems, air-conditioning performance, and retail work areas to create a brighter, more comfortable, and operationally efficient environment.
The refreshed design introduced improved lighting clarity, enhanced thermal comfort, and a clean modern aesthetic aligned with Decathlon’s active lifestyle brand identity. Sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions were incorporated to support long-term operational performance while elevating the overall shopping experience.
