Project Highlights

AlfaTech Asia completed a comprehensive addition and alteration (A&A) project to modernize Embry-Riddle’s Singapore facility. The scope included advanced upgrades to electrical and IT/data systems to enhance connectivity and power distribution, along with improvements to ACMV systems for optimal performance. Plumbing and sanitary systems were overhauled to meet compliance standards, while the internal layout was reconfigured with new partitions, ceilings, doors, and windows to provide tailored learning and office spaces.

Custom carpentry was introduced to meet specific client requirements, complemented by new audio-visual systems with high-definition displays and sound systems for modern teaching environments. Security enhancements, including CCTV and card access controls, were also integrated. Flooring was upgraded with carpet and vinyl to align with modern design specifications. Collectively, these upgrades enhanced both the functionality and aesthetics of the facility.
