Background

Ichor Systems is a leader in critical subsystems and turnkey process equipment for semiconductor and precision engineering markets. AlfaTech Asia was engaged to deliver a multi-phase upgrade and cleanroom build for their Malaysia facility.

Project Highlights

  • Phase 1: At-risk turnkey delivery with authority approvals and facility management for a Class 100 cleanroom and integrated office facility totaling 10,000 sq. ft.

  • Phase 2: Repurposed the existing mezzanine from storage into controlled environments, including a weld station area, storage zone, a 9 m² ESD-flooring room, a new ACMV system, a controlled fire compartment, and an additional emergency escape staircase.
