Background
AlfaTech Asia successfully delivered the turnkey design and construction of Ichor Systems’ regional headquarters, cleanroom, and office facility in Malaysia. The project was completed on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while meeting the client’s operational needs.

The facility was designed to support Ichor’s leadership in the critical subsystems and process equipment sector. AlfaTech Asia’s comprehensive turnkey delivery ensured the creation of a fully integrated cleanroom and machining environment, enabling Ichor to scale production efficiently.
Key upgrades—such as enhanced electrical capacity, advanced HVAC systems, and specialized process utilities—were implemented to support high-precision manufacturing and maintain stringent cleanroom standards.
