ICHOR System Singapore - Cell 1

Background

AlfaTech Asia delivered the design, build, and construction management of Ichor Systems’ certified cleanroom facility in Singapore. The project supports the client’s transition from R&D to full-scale production, enabling future technology rollouts to the public.

Project Highlights

The project involved the extension of a 720 SF (ISO 5) cleanroom, incorporating specialized structural and M&E works to meet stringent operational requirements. Key features included insulated wall panels with return grilles, heavy-duty walkable ceiling grids, and high-speed roll-up doors.

The ACMV system was extended with fan filtration units integrated into a local control system, while nitrogen and helium gas sticks were installed alongside multiple power supply capacities (110V, 208V, 230V) for advanced equipment. A Building Management System (BMS) and central control systems were also implemented to monitor and manage fan filter units and all facility systems, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
