ICHOR System Singapore - Cell 6
Background
AlfaTech Asia undertook the design, build, and construction management of Ichor Systems’ certified cleanroom production facility in Singapore. The project supports the client’s expansion from R&D-scale development to full production capability.
Project Highlights
The facility comprises 5,500 SF of ISO 5 production area and 1,900 SF of ISO 7 spaces for decontamination, ante rooms, and change rooms. The design integrates specialized systems to support high-purity manufacturing environments, including process gases (Nitrogen and Helium), process cooling water, and both high- and low-vacuum systems.
Additional infrastructure included power supply at 110V and 230V for production equipment, as well as house vacuum and process vacuum systems. A Building Management System (BMS) with central controls was implemented to manage fan filter units and monitor all critical facility systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
